At Trinita Retreat Center, 595 Town Hill Road, New Hartford, CT

You, your families, and friends of all ages are invited to this
celebration of  Sangha life and friendship, happening on
the beautiful camp grounds of Trinita Retreat Center.

The day will consist of  a range of zen-tivities like;
calligraphy, bodhisattva ball, bubble blowing, frisbee throwing,
as well as, qi gong body practice, meditation instuction and
practice for all levels — and for those interested in learning more
about the Buddha-Dharma & the WLHZ a talk will be given.

Potluck lunch will be served and beverages provided!
