Introduction to Buddhist Meditation — 4-Week Program

During these unprecedented times, people of all ages and backgrounds are experiencing feelings of anxiety, and isolation and general unhappiness with life. The Buddha teaches that lasting freedom from suffering begins by developing a practice of mental concentration and ethical and compassionate action.
Meditation practice offers a measure of predictability in an unpredictable world and helps us become more grounded, resilient and able to be of real service in the world. Our 4-week session is informational and experiential—we’ll practice meditation together in a welcoming and relaxed environment.
