Summer Zen Day Retreat

(State of CT Park) Barkhamsted, CT
The WLHZ Sangha is pleased to invite you to the 2022 Summer Zen Day Retreat.
We will be meeting outdoors at Peoples State Forest in Barkhamsted, CT.
Our time together will consist of our regular group practice form, morning sitting,
lunch, afternoon walking meditation & qi gong, and group sharing. All are welcomed.
What to bring:
- Hat/head covering may be helpful
- Small blanket to use as a mat
- Meditation cushion or lawn chair
- Bag lunch and beverage
- Insect repellant
Bottled water will be available
Registration is requested

Peoples State Forest
Off Route 44: Take Route 318 in Barkhamsted.
Go across the steel bridge and take an immediate left onto East River Road.
The recreation area is approximately 1 mile up on the left.
Enter the main entrance,which has a reception kiosk.
